Contact sharing is a great tool to share your contact information with somebody you meet at the event.  It's a one-way sharing tool. Think of it as giving out your business card, you choose who you share your contact info with, and it's completely opt-in. So don't worry about the information you put into the app going to everybody in the conference, it only goes to whom you want to have it. If you are using an iPhone, you can automatically import the new contacts you made at the conference from the app directly to your phone.

To get set up for sharing your contact information, simply enter your information in under the "Contacts" icon and save. To share your contact info with somebody, select their name from the list of attendees (Note, they need to have entered their information into the app as well) and you will be prompted to share with them. Your contact information will appear in their list of contacts in the app. Anybody who shared their contact information with you will be listed in the Contacts section as well. Happy sharing!
