This will happen when you visit the download page for the event app on your computer, rather than on your device.
If you have already tried accessing the download page on your device, and you're still unable to download the app, then please try the following.
If you're on an Android device:
All of our event apps can be downloaded through the Android Marketplace. If you search for "CrowdCompass" in the Android Marketplace, or try a few keywords specific to the event you are attending, you'll see a list of our apps. Simply find the app for your event and download it for free.
If you're on a BlackBerry device:
Please email support@crowdcompass.com with the name of your device, and we'll help you get the app downloaded.
If you're on an iPad/iPhone device:
All of our event apps can be downloaded through the iTunes Store. If you search for CrowdCompass in the iTunes Store you'll see a list of our apps. Simply find the app for your event and download it for free.
